To fully enjoy the experience Wellness di Exphera, we advise you to introduce yourself a few minutes before check-in timeYou will be greeted with a short introduction to the area, which will be completely reserved for you, with all the equipment ready for use. The the hot tub will already be hot at 36-38°, ready for your first moment of relaxation.
Recommended wellness program
Initial shower: Start with a warm shower to prepare for the multi-sensory journey.
Hydromassage tub (30–60 min): Immerse yourself in the hot water to let yourself be enveloped by heat and chromotherapy.
Infrared sauna (50–60°C): relaxes muscles and joints with deep, dry heat.
Traditional Finnish sauna (75–90°C): perform 2–3 cycles (5-10-15 minutes) alternating with warm showers and breaks.
Hammam (Turkish bath): purify your body and mind thanks to the steam that is beneficial for the skin.

Rules of conduct
Access is permitted only to adults and smoking and bringing food and drinks inside is not permitted. bubble room, in the sauna room and in the tub.
Materials and equipment
- La bubble room transparent, it is ventilated with mosquito nets on the openings, resistant to bad weather and UV rays and has underfloor and infrared heating (activated from 21pm).
- The LUXWAY combined Finnish and infrared sauna, made of Canadian hemlock with Eco-Wood panels, features a traditional Harvia stove with an electronic thermostat adjustable from 40° to 110°C (104° to 230°F) and an infrared sauna heater featuring the latest IR vitalight infrared heating technology, known as "vital light," a full-spectrum heater also known as red glass. This technology, developed by Philips, is currently the most efficient heat source, producing heat waves that cover the entire infrared spectrum.
- The thermo-wood tub is heated with an ecological wood-burning stove and incorporates a water massage and chromotherapy system.
- The JACUZZI FRAME 120 TOP multifunction cabin, with Turkish bath and aromatherapy, emotional shower with nebulization, waterfall, cold waterfall, 8 shiatsu jets, 4 cervical hydromassage jets and 4 lumbar hydromassage jets, touch display, techstone seat.
- The latest generation KRONOS massage chair, with 4D massage system with 5 massage programs, 5 intensities and 3 speeds, 74 air injectors, thermotherapy, aromatherapy, phototherapy, 3D surround and Zero Gravity system.
- Additional option, subject to availability: A second Finnish sauna with a traditional wood-burning stove and its own Ofuro tub with cold water (16/20 degrees) for contrast after the sauna.
- The garden is completely fenced with its own independent access.
